New to Yoga Workshop
New to Yoga Workshops will begin running on the second Sunday of each month beginning in November. These workshops are designed to introduce new students to what Yoga is, what yoga practice offers, and how it can enrich lives. The worksop will provide an introduction to basic seated and standing posture and include an introduction to the importance of breath in yoga practice. 1:00-2:00pm. Cost is $10 and pre-registration is required.
