From the Inside Out: An Afternoon of Yoga Practice, Insights & Inspiration With Diane Speer

It’s May and the Spring time energies of growth and blossoming are in full expression in nature. The growth and expansion of the season is a wonderful source of inspiration for the birth of new ideas, the launching of new projects and the creation of new forms of self expression. This workshop provides an opportunity to take an honest look at how we care for ourselves and develop ways to improve and enhance what we do to keep ourselves healthy.
Learn how to easily cleanse and revitalize your body, mind and spirit. We will practice gentle yoga, meditation and breath to relax, improve vitality and enhance our overall sense of well-being. We will conclude with a brief discussion on nutrition basics for Spring and share in light nourishing refreshments to support your body for the season transition.
This is a great workshop for beginning or advanced students. No prior yoga experience is required. We think you’re going to learn and enjoy!
