Yoga Tune-Up® Class Series

Join Amelia Logan for a 5-class series on Saturdays this September. Classes are from 9:30am to 11:00am. Each class is $20 or, take all 5 for $80!
Yoga Tune Up ® is a powerful combination of yoga, myofascial release, & corrective exercise. Students will learn new skills to lessen pain, impove posture, and performance. Each class will include easy to understand anatomy demos, therapy ball rolling, & exercises to reawaken the tissues. Yogis, athletes, and yoga teachers will all benefit from learning about how the body works and relating mindfulness and body mechanics to everything you do.
9/5 – Escape the Slump – Tight shoulders and chest can be a literal pain in the neck, restrict your breathing & hurt your posture. Unlock your upper body to breathe easy and pain free.
9/12 – Shoulder Shape up – Refresh your rotator cuff and to recover shoulder mobility and rebuild down dog and other arm support poses.
9/19 – Beyond the Six Pack – Dig under your Abdominals to find how the Diaphragm, Psoas, Low Back, and Pelvic floor are all interrelated. De-stress and down regulate your nervous system to relax your entire body, stand taller, erase pain and feel great!
9/26 – Happy Hips – Explore and Excavate healthy hip movement and mobility to improve back pain and standing postures.
10/3 – Know your Knees (and Feet) – Joint pain is common in the Knees, Ankles, and Feet. Renew your joints and Renovate balancing, squatting, and standing postures.
Original YTU balls will be for sale before and after classes for $15 and Coregeous balls for $10. Cash or check only, please.

Amelia is a certified Yoga Tune Up® instructor and a Yoga Teacher since completing her 200 hour training in 2012. In her classes the body becomes a lab to learn and try new things.
