Join us for a special Sound Healing Yoga Class on Thursday, June 16th at 6:30 p.m. Melissa will lead us through a series of yoga postures designed to help us “clear the way” for experiencing the beautiful energy of Kathleen’s inspired expressions of resonance, sound & vibration through an assortment of crystal and metal sound bowls. This is a great way to begin to celebrate the upcoming arrival of summer!  Class is included in all class packages and standard class pricing applies, however, donations are encouraged as a gesture of gratitude to Kathleen.  Donation jar will be placed at the front desk.
