Deepen your practice with this updated Lifesource Yoga partner practice workshop that focuses on a more therapeutic approach to both partner & acrobatic style yoga practice. Join Liz & Tom DeWitte to experience the beauty of partner assisted stretch and asana along with the expressive “give & receive” of Thai massage.

The workshop will also include the principles of AcroYoga Therapeutics using the tools of proper physical technique, gravity, receptivity, sensitivity, trust & loving kindness to build strength, trust and connection in partner practice.

Expect to feel enlivened & restored, enjoy meeting some new friends and surprise yourself with your healing and communication capabilities!

No partner needed (come as a single or a pair), students of all levels are welcome and no experience with AcroYoga is needed. The event is on February 12th from 3-5 PM.
